Este año la cobertura de la "reunión" secreta de las personas más poderosas del mundo (o al menos sus representantes) ha crecido de manera notable, y la elite se espera un fuerte contingente de protesta y de medios cubriendo el evento en el que al parecer se toman las decisiones que marcan el curso político de nuestro planeta.
La reunión ha empezado en Sitges, España, en el hotel Dolce.
Seguramente uno de los más "populares" de este evento será Peter Sutherland, el ex director de British Petroleum y director de Goldman Sachs International, un banco que "curiosamente" se benefició del derrame petrolero del Golfo de México. Por supuesto estará Henry Kissinger el operado del mandamás David Rockefeller, cuya compañía familiar se transformó en BP justamente. Es notable también la participación habitual de la Reina Sofía de España y Beatriz de Holanda. Otro a seguir es el neocon Peter Thiel, de Pay Pal, y parte de la junta directiva de Facebook, una compañía ligada la CIA.
Entre los medios tenemos gente del Financial Times y The Economist, sin duda de los medios más importantes en las finanzas mundiales. Recordemos que en la agenda está probablemente la caída del dolár y la precipitación de las economías nacionales europeas y de la misma Europa en el plan de que aceptemos que el mundo se convierta en una empresa para que "nos salven" de estas crisis artificiales. Está también Cebrián del Grupo Prisa (El País). y el presidente Rodriguez Zapatero. Y por supuesto CEOs de la compañías más importantes del mundo, como Bill Gatesm y directivos de los bancos centrales.
Será casualidad que el año pasado la reunión fue en Grecia y hoy vemos la debacle económica de ese país (que obviamente no afecta a los oligarcas). Ahora se dice que se busca salvar a España, pero no estamos seguros que eso de un buen augurio.
Esta es la lista confirmada por Prison Planet, en la que se aclara que es posible que algunos miembros hayan pedido discrecionalidad especial y no aparezcan en la lista como fue el caso de la participación de Obama hace un par de años.
